More Than a Job.
Build Your Legacy.
Whether you're behind the wheel or managing freight behind the scenes, you're part of a team built on trust, respect, and long-term growth.
Why Work With Us?
We offer more than a paycheck — we offer careers with purpose. Here's what sets Legacy apart from day one.
Family-Oriented Culture
We treat our team like family — and that's not just a slogan. You're known by name, not by truck number or load count.
Stable, Year-Round Work
No slow seasons here. We specialize in freight others can't handle, so our phones — and our freight — keep moving all year long.
Top-Tier Equipment
Our trucks and trailers are maintained to high standards. We give our drivers the tools to work safely and efficiently every day.
Respect for Your Time
Whether you're a driver, broker, or on our office team, we value hard work — and we value you.
Find Your Role.
We're always looking for the right people. If you're ready to grow with a team that values what you bring to the table, there's a place for you here.
Drive a well-maintained truck, haul rewarding flatbed and heavy haul freight, and be part of a team that genuinely gets it. We hire professionals who take pride in their work and understand what it means to represent Legacy on the road.
- Flatbed & heavy haul freight — the loads that matter
- Competitive pay with performance bonuses
- Supportive dispatch team behind you every mile
- Predictable home time you can actually count on
Are you an experienced freight broker looking for a place where you can grow your book and your earnings? We provide the tools, support, and carrier network you need to thrive — without the micromanagement.
- Competitive commissions with uncapped earning potential
- Full back-office support so you can focus on booking
- Access to a trusted, vetted carrier network
